About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update personnel master data in HR systems to ensure data reliability
- Manage the issuance of certificates and ensure timely and correct processing
- Support the creation of HR statistics and prepare relevant HR key figures
- Assist with administrative HR tasks, including drafting employment contracts and references
- Organize occupational medical preventive examinations and manage digital personnel files
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a professional employee experience
- Provide preparatory support for payroll accounting and collaborate with relevant interfaces
- Manage time tracking data and assist employees with time-related inquiries
Requirements
- Completed commercial training (e.g., Industrial Clerk/Industriekauffrau/-mann) or a comparable qualification
- Strong IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Very good English skills for working in an international environment
- High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and a structured working style
