Responsibilities
- Perform general personnel administration tasks
- Create employment contracts and certificates using internal digital tools
- Review and forward works council hearings
- Maintain and update personnel overviews and records
- Provide support for special HR topics and projects
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in an administrative, assistant, or clerical role
- Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
- High level of reliability, discretion, and responsibility
- Interest in optimizing and improving existing administrative processes

- Previous experience working in Human Resources (HR)
