Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality, timely payroll processing for a defined group of employees
• Manage personnel data independently using SAP HR modules and Workday
• Ensure compliance with collective agreements, tax, social security, and labor law regulations
• Maintain and update all payroll-relevant master and movement data
• Handle comprehensive HR administration, including contract management, certificates, and digital personnel files
• Resolve payroll-related issues with external institutions such as authorities and social security providers
• Manage timekeeping data regarding attendance and absences
• Participate in HR projects, such as the digitalization of HR processes and workflow optimization

Requirements

• Completed minimum three-year vocational training (e.g., Industrial Clerk) and additional professional qualification (e.g., Technical Specialist or Business Specialist)
• Ideally, extensive specialized additional training in payroll and HR
• Knowledge of labor, wage tax, and social security law
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Workday
• Good English language skills
• Structured, diligent, and quality-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and high customer orientation
• Ability to work in a team with high levels of discretion and reliability
