About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality, timely payroll processing for a defined group of employees
- Manage personnel data independently using SAP HR modules and Workday
- Ensure compliance with collective agreements, tax, social security, and labor law regulations
- Maintain and update all payroll-relevant master and movement data
- Handle comprehensive HR administration, including contract management, certificates, and digital personnel files
- Resolve payroll-related issues with external institutions such as authorities and social security providers
- Manage timekeeping data regarding attendance and absences
- Participate in HR projects, such as the digitalization of HR processes and workflow optimization
Requirements
- Completed minimum three-year vocational training (e.g., Industrial Clerk) and additional professional qualification (e.g., Technical Specialist or Business Specialist)
- Ideally, extensive specialized additional training in payroll and HR
- Knowledge of labor, wage tax, and social security law
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Workday
- Good English language skills
- Structured, diligent, and quality-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and high customer orientation
- Ability to work in a team with high levels of discretion and reliability
