About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day personalisation operations and tactical tasks
- Support the Personalisation Lead on high-impact initiatives and roadmap delivery
- Configure, launch, and monitor personalisation programs across platforms
- Track ROI, prepare performance reports, and share insights with stakeholders
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements
- Experience with personalisation platforms such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, or Braze
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, or Amplitude
- Knowledge of CMS and CDP tools such as AEM, Sitecore, Segment, or Tealium
- Strong execution, project coordination, and timeline tracking skills
- Analytical mindset with clear communication and reporting ability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with personalisation-led growth frameworks
- Understanding of data pipelines and data quality concepts
- Familiarity with agile or waterfall project methods
