Personal Work Solutions (PWS) Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise for the Logitech PWS portfolio to Account Solutions Sales Teams
• Accelerate B2B growth by upselling and cross-selling to Enterprise Customers via resell channel partners
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations highlighting key features and value propositions
• Support Account Managers by presenting headset solutions and driving business development
• Manage opportunity tracking and pipeline progress through SFDC
• Achieve preassigned revenue targets and support category forecasting for the assigned territory
• Facilitate product trials and nurture large opportunities with targeted Enterprise Customers
• Conduct PWS enablement training and support trade shows, tabletops, and lunch-and-learn events

Requirements

• Proven experience with PWS solutions including mice, webcams, keyboards, headsets, and device software
• Solid sales experience working with Direct Engagement and B2B channel partners (Resellers and Distribution)
• Strong technical ability to conduct product demonstrations and deliver influential presentations
• Ability to build professional relationships with Account Managers and Channel Partners
• Proficiency with SFDC and data reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Results-driven mindset with a commitment to creating new business opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 40% for training, sales meetings, and customer events
• Formal sales or presentation skills training
• Technical certifications relevant to the role
• Strong professional social networking presence
