Responsibilities

• Analyze member needs and goals to provide professional guidance
• Evaluate general physical condition and develop targeted, motivating training programs
• Design personalized training plans and assist members with exercise execution to ensure correct movement
• Conduct group classes as part of the scheduled programming
• Organize and lead thematic events and workshops

Requirements

• Possession of a Partita IVA (VAT number)
• Possession of professional insurance
• Relevant certifications and training qualifications
• Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills
• Certifications for group class instruction are preferred
