Personal Trainer

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in person at client homes, apartment gyms, or outdoors
• Customize client workout programs based on initial assessments
• Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for programming and session notes
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form with or without modifications
• Conduct client reassessments every 4-6 weeks
• Maintain client session appointments through scheduling software
• Provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments

Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE
• Up-to-date CPR/AED certification
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-3 years of personal training experience
• Possession of personal basic training equipment
• Reliable form of transportation with ability to commute up to 45 minutes
• Physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong verbal, written, and technical communication skills
• Basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices
• Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and training methods
