Personal Support Worker

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care to clients in their homes and facilities
• Visit clients throughout the Greater Hamilton and Burlington region
• Document client care and progress accurately using provided mobile devices
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
• Adhere to strict health and safety protocols to ensure client and staff well-being

Requirements

• Personal Support Worker (PSW) diploma, International Nursing Degree, or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle for travel
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening
• Proof of negative TB test results
• Ability to provide two supervisory references
