About the role

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with policy servicing needs, including endorsements, billing, and claims support
  • Answer incoming calls and route inquiries to appropriate team members
  • Prepare and process policies, renewals, endorsements, applications, and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activities within agency systems
  • Support Personal Lines Account Managers with assigned tasks and service needs
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures to reduce errors and omissions
