About the role
Responsibilities
- Independently manage and service a personal lines book of business
- Respond to client inquiries regarding policy changes, billing, coverage questions, and claims
- Process policies, endorsements, renewals, applications, binders, and related documentation
- Maintain organized client files and follow-up activities within agency systems
- Coordinate with carriers to resolve claims and complex service issues
- Lead renewal review process and conduct proactive account reviews
- Analyze coverage forms and policies to ensure proper protection and identify gaps
- Support new sales opportunities generated from referrals and existing clients
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in the insurance industry
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
- Strong knowledge of personal lines coverage and industry standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems
