Personal Lines Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, timely customer service and support to clients through phone and email
• Support clients in securing, maintaining, and growing personal accounts
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling
• Handle all aspects of the renewal process, including gathering details and verifying application accuracy
• Check policies and endorsements for accuracy
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through professional communication
• Assess quotes, negotiate conditions and pricing, and guide clients toward suitable coverage
• Stay current in the industry through continuing education

Requirements

• California Property & Casualty license required
• 2+ years of Personal Lines experience in an agency setting preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with California carriers
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Applied Systems EPIC
• Familiarity with Mercury Insurance
