About the role

Responsibilities

  • Service clients through new and renewal business processing
  • Manage new business quoting, proposals, and sales development
  • Execute account rounding and retention strategies for existing clients
  • Collect and analyze client information to implement coverage solutions
  • Interact with clients regarding endorsement requests and coverage questions
  • Review and process policy changes, renewals, and new policies
  • Participate in marketing and sales meetings

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of insurance experience preferred
  • Must possess state required 4-40, 2044, or 2-20 insurance license
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • High competence with computers and industry software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
