About the role
Responsibilities
- Service clients through new and renewal business processing
- Manage new business quoting, proposals, and sales development
- Execute account rounding and retention strategies for existing clients
- Collect and analyze client information to implement coverage solutions
- Interact with clients regarding endorsement requests and coverage questions
- Review and process policy changes, renewals, and new policies
- Participate in marketing and sales meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of insurance experience preferred
- Must possess state required 4-40, 2044, or 2-20 insurance license
- High School diploma or equivalent
- High competence with computers and industry software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
