Personal Lines Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Market new accounts to insurers and process renewals and endorsements
• Review client coverage to identify gaps and offer solutions
• Cross-sell products and request referrals to grow business
• Utilize Agency Management Systems and technology to engage clients
• Maintain working knowledge of carrier target markets and product offerings
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Handle client claims and typical personal lines account servicing

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in a personal lines account executive or account manager position
• 20-44 or 2-20 License
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and prospects

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with Applied EPIC
• Prior experience with QuoteRUSH
