Personal Injury Trial Attorney

Responsibilities

• Handle cases through all stages of litigation, with a primary focus on trial preparation and courtroom representation
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal memoranda
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials
• Coordinate with expert witnesses, including preparing reports, affidavits, and supporting trial testimony
• Manage a high-volume caseload involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, negligent security, wrongful death, and other personal injury claims
• Guide and represent clients throughout the entire litigation process

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar
• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Proven trial experience
• Ability to manage high-volume litigation caseloads
• Superior writing and oral advocacy abilities
