Personal Injury Pre Suit Attorney

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day pre-litigation work for motor vehicle and premises accident cases
• Guide clients through the case process and manage settlement negotiations
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents and demand packages
• Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
• Drive compliance and KPIs within the team
• Conduct EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the WV State Bar Association
• 2+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases
• Strong leadership and client service skills
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
