Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases from intake through settlement
• Draft and prepare pre-litigation documents, including demands and settlement packages
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers
• Supervise a team of 6–10 Case Managers and ensure KPI compliance
• Conduct recorded statements and prepare clients for Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) and 50-h hearings
• Oversee case strategy, documentation, and compliance throughout the case lifecycle

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar
• 1+ years of personal injury or motor vehicle accident experience
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
