Personal Injury Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and organize legal documents including pleadings and discovery requests
• Maintain and manage active case files
• Assist attorneys in the discovery process and evidence gathering
• Serve as a liaison between clients and attorneys
• Track important deadlines and manage the legal calendar
• Assist in preparing exhibits and trial materials
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field preferred
• At least 5 years of experience as a paralegal in a personal injury law firm
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
