Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Oversee personal injury cases from intake through lawsuit filing
• Manage discovery, exhibits, and essential legal documentation
• Coordinate medical management, including client appointments with specialists
• Maintain damages and medical bill records within Litify
• Order and follow up on medical records and bills to ensure timely receipt
• Organize medical records chronologically by provider
• Conduct monthly courtesy calls to provide client updates and maintain high levels of service
• Collaborate professionally with attorneys, paralegals, and office staff

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
• Proven experience in Personal Injury law
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Strong research, verbal, and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
