Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests, responses, demands, motions, and memoranda
• Guiding plaintiff clients through the case process
• Interacting with expert witnesses, including conferences and drafting expert reports and affidavits
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances on behalf of plaintiffs

Requirements

• Law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school
• Active, current member of the bar in good standing
• 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience, ideally in motor vehicle/automobile liability
• Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases and take them to trial
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
