Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to clients and trial assist attorneys
• Maintain client relationships
• Prepare legal reports and documents
• Interact with expert witnesses including conferences, drafting expert reports and affidavits
• Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Work closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar Association
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in Personal Injury Law
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work onsite in Downtown Las Vegas

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of litigation experience
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
