Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in TN
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings, discovery, demands, and motions
• Guiding plaintiff clients through the case process
• Interacting with expert witnesses to draft reports and affidavits
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Requirements

• Law degree (J.D.) from an ABA accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the TN State Bar
• 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred
• Ability to manage high volume of litigation cases and take them to trial
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
