Responsibilities

  • Manage a full pre-litigation personal injury caseload from intake through settlement
  • Review police reports, incident reports, medical records, and intake documentation
  • Identify insurance coverage, request and analyze policies, and confirm policy limits
  • Coordinate medical treatment and follow up on client care
  • Request, review, and organize medical records and billing
  • Help prepare demand packages, including liability summaries and medical summaries
  • Serve as a consistent and compassionate point of contact for clients
  • Maintain accurate case records within the firm's case management system

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury case management
  • Strong understanding of liability, damages, medical treatment, and insurance claim processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
  • Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • California personal injury experience
  • Experience preparing demand packages and supporting settlement negotiations
  • Experience coordinating medical treatment and reviewing medical records
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
