Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier legal counsel and representation to clients in personal injury matters, including auto accidents, premises liability, and dog bite cases
• Manage existing and new PI cases from intake to resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and develop winning strategies
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team of attorneys, case managers, and support staff
• Participate in market development and leverage existing networks
• Build visibility through outreach and local community engagement

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the Michigan Bar
• Minimum 10 years of experience in personal injury law
• Existing caseload or client base
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit
