Personal Injury Attorney

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of personal injury cases, ensuring exceptional client representation and satisfaction
• Oversee all aspects of case management, including strategy development, negotiations, and trial preparation
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and handle complex motion practice
• Collaborate with senior management on developing and implementing firm-wide strategies, goals and initiatives
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPI’s) to drive decision-making
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active Pennsylvania Bar license
• Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing personal injury law on the plaintiff side
• Proven track record of managing high case volumes and achieving successful outcomes
• In-depth understanding of legal KPIs and reporting metrics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
