Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier legal counsel and representation in personal injury matters including auto accidents and premises liability
• Manage existing and new PI cases from intake to resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and develop winning legal strategies
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of attorneys and case managers
• Participate in market development and leverage professional networks for practice growth
• Build visibility through local community engagement and outreach

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the West Virginia Bar
• Minimum 10 years of experience in personal injury law
• Existing caseload or client base
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit
