Sium, PLLC is a lean, entrepreneurial personal injury firm in Seattle that works hard, thinks strategically, and fights for clients during some of the most stressful moments of their lives. The firm serves a large, diverse client base, including many immigrants and small business owners.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of personal injury cases from intake to resolution
• Negotiate directly with insurance companies to maximize client recoveries
• Draft, file, and argue motions in Superior Courts and Federal Courts
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Handle arbitrations
• Assist with discovery, case preparation, and client communication
• Test and leverage AI tools, including Clio and Eve, to improve efficiency

Requirements

• JD and active license to practice in Washington (or ability to waive in)
• 2 years of personal injury experience
• Solid track record negotiating with insurance companies
• Experience taking depositions
• Ability to work in the office 5 days a week in downtown Seattle

Preferred Qualifications

• Arbitration experience
• Civil litigation experience, including drafting and filing motions
• Entrepreneurial mindset
