Personal Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely transport the employer, family members, or authorized passengers to various destinations including meetings and airports
• Plan efficient travel routes to ensure timely arrivals while accounting for traffic and road conditions
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, presentable, and roadworthy condition
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including checking fuel, oil, tire pressure, and lights
• Schedule and coordinate routine servicing, repairs, and vehicle maintenance
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and travel logs
• Ensure all vehicle registration, insurance, and licensing documents are valid and up to date
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage or personal belongings
• Perform occasional errands such as collecting documents or delivering packages
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer's personal and business matters
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Good knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and navigation systems
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a personal, executive, or chauffeur driver
