About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure patient safety during all transfers
- Apply a patient- and family-centered care model
- Support nursing staff in mobilizing patients both in and out of bed
- Organize and maintain electro-medical equipment
- Document all transfers in logs, checklists, and shift handover reports
Requirements
- High school diploma (Preparatoria concluida)
- Experience handling beds, stretchers, and wheelchairs
- Experience handling oxygen tanks
- Knowledge of emergency codes
- Strong teamwork and effective communication skills
- Service-oriented mindset
