Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
- Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of discretion and integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in dynamic environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Bilingual in English and French, Spanish, or German
