Personal Care Specialist

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and customers in a retail environment
• Educate customers on products, consumption methods, and safety
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on customer needs
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
• Support management in ensuring compliance with cannabis regulations
• Maintain sales floor stock and cleanliness
• Perform duties across Front of House (POS, Check In) and Back of House (Fulfillment, Inventory)

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, nights, and weekends
• Must pass required background checks and cannabis employment requirements
• Valid driver’s license or state ID
• Ability to move inventory weighing up to 30 pounds
• Ability to stand or remain stationary for prolonged periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialty or customer-facing retail experience
• Previous experience with POS systems
• Knowledge of cannabis, cannabinoids, and the endocannabinoid system
