About the role

Responsibilities

  • Engage with and assist patients and customers in a retail environment
  • Educate customers on products, consumption methods, and safety
  • Recommend safe and effective regimens based on customer needs
  • Ensure compliance with local and state cannabis regulations
  • Maintain sales floor stock and store cleanliness
  • Perform front of house duties including Check In, POS, and Curbside services
  • Perform back of house duties including fulfillment, receiving, and inventory counts

Requirements

  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
  • Must pass required background checks and cannabis employment requirements
  • Valid driver’s license or state ID
  • Ability to move inventory weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to operate POS systems and basic office software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Specialty or customer-facing retail experience
  • Previous experience with cannabis products or cannabinoids
  • Experience using POS systems
