Personal Care Specialist

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and customers in a retail environment
• Educate customers on products, consumption methods, and safety
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on customer needs
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
• Ensure compliance with local and state cannabis regulations
• Assist with order verification, inventory counts, and replenishment
• Support retail operations including POS, check-in, and curbside services
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the dispensary

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must pass all required background checks and cannabis employment requirements
• Valid driver’s license or state ID
• Ability to move inventory weighing up to 30 pounds
• Ability to stand and move about the dispensary for prolonged periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialty or customer-facing retail experience
• Previous experience with POS systems
• Knowledge of cannabis, cannabinoids, and the endocannabinoid system
