Personal Care Coordinator

About the Company

Crossroads is a leader in treating women and their families with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. We serve adult women in residential treatment programs, sober living facilities, and outpatient facilities located in southern Maine, utilizing evidence-based and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients are safe and following program scheduling
• Support healthy boundaries while maintaining a positive and healthy environment
• Facilitate medication observation
• Transport and accompany clients to regular appointments
• Ensure Crossroads policies and protocols are followed
• Perform routine technical tasks as needed under the supervision of the Program Manager

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to become certified)
• Minimum of 1 year experience within the mental health or substance use field
