About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver high standards of patient care, including pressure care and assisting with personal hygiene
- Assist patients with ambulation and daily living activities as directed
- Perform constant patient observation (CPO) and bed making
- Provide an exceptional patient experience by role-modelling empathy to patients, families, and medical staff
- Work flexibly across various Epworth sites including Richmond, East Melbourne, Box Hill, Hawthorn, and Camberwell
Requirements
- Certificate III in Health Services Assistance
- Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
- Previous experience working in a clinical setting, ideally within a hospital
- Valid Australian working rights
- Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork, and time management skills
