Personal Care Assistant, PCA

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate care to assisted living and memory care residents
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Build meaningful connections with residents to support their well-being

Requirements

• Valid CNA license OR HHA certificate
• Ability to work part-time shifts (7am - 3pm or 3pm - 11pm)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community
• Previous experience working with individuals living with dementia
