Personal Banking Specialist, Investment & Retirement Planning

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of clients to meet investment and retirement planning goals through personalized financial strategies.
• Conduct in-depth reviews for clients, including retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and estate planning.
• Establish and deepen investment and primary banking relationships with existing clients and branch referrals.
• Deliver trusted financial advice regarding investments and retirement planning to uncover and solve client needs.
• Achieve negotiated deposit and investment sales goals through effective portfolio management.
• Leverage advanced technology tools to enhance client interactions and streamline financial planning processes.

Requirements

• Successfully completed the IPF (IQPF) designation or a bank-recognized equivalent.
• Certification as a Mutual Funds Representative in good standing.
• Completion of the Investment Funds in Canada (IFC) certification or bank-recognized equivalent.
• Bilingualism in French and English is required.
• Experience in financial planning and investment sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of market trends, economic conditions, and the regulatory environment.
