Personal Banking Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to BMO customers by identifying financial needs and providing guidance on banking solutions.
• Support customer requests for banking services, including handling transactions and inquiries with seamless execution.
• Offer advice and guidance on digital and self-serve banking options to enhance the customer experience.
• Review customer profiles and engage in needs-based conversations to identify opportunities for credit cards and everyday banking plans.
• Manage, load, and reconcile cash transactions between treasury and various branch units.
• Follow risk and compliance processes to safeguard customer assets and maintain privacy.
• Collaborate with branch team members to meet business results and achieve customer experience goals.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
• Proficiency with digital tools, including tablets, smartphones, and online applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a business environment.
• Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to respond flexibly to new challenges.
• A resourceful, self-starting attitude with a passion for helping customers.
• Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field is desirable but not required.
