About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects by identifying financial needs and providing advice on banking solutions.
- Act as a lobby leader, guiding customers through digital and self-serve options to ensure a fast and simple banking experience.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend personal banking products, credit cards, and investment advice.
- Collaborate with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities that grow customer relationships.
- Support branch operational activities, including inventory management, application follow-ups, and opening/closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all risk management, legal, and regulatory policies to safeguard customer assets and privacy.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (must be completed within 12 months).
- Proficiency with digital tools, including tablets, smartphones, and online applications.
- Experience in consultative sales or customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
- Availability to work a schedule that includes Monday through Saturday.
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Korean or Mandarin is preferred.
