Personal Banking Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects by identifying financial needs and providing guidance on banking solutions.
• Support customer requests for banking services, including handling transactions and inquiries with seamless execution.
• Offer advice and guidance on digital and self-serve options to enhance the banking experience.
• Engage customers in needs-based conversations to identify opportunities for everyday banking plans and credit card products.
• Manage, load, and reconcile cash transactions between treasury and various branch units.
• Follow risk and compliance processes to safeguard customer assets and maintain privacy.
• Contribute to branch business results and the overall customer experience through collaborative teamwork.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
• High level of digital literacy, including confidence using social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in a business environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond flexibly to new challenges.
• Ability to organize work information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field of study is preferred.
