Personal Banker

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible support across various branch locations within a specific geography to cover vacancies or staff absences
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building relationships and proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions
• Assist customers with opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications
• Refer customers' financial needs to appropriate bankers and partners
• Maintain compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations
• Manage cash drawer duties, including cash handling and balancing

Requirements

• 6+ months of customer interaction experience (or equivalent through work, training, military, or education)
• Ability to travel 100% within the assigned district
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
• Ability to meet SAFE registration requirements at the time of employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
• Ability to educate customers on mobile banking and digital technology
• Experience proactively engaging customers through phone or email outreach
• Strong ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts
