About the role
Responsibilities
- Build lasting customer relationships through proactive conversations to support financial well-being
- Lead discovery-driven discussions to connect customers with relevant banking products and digital tools
- Drive branch growth by identifying opportunities and making appropriate referrals to specialists
- Support everyday banking needs including new account openings, service requests, and credit applications
- Perform cash handling and teller line activities accurately while maintaining compliance standards
- Collaborate with branch teammates to ensure seamless customer handoffs and service delivery
Requirements
- 6+ months of customer interaction experience (or equivalent through work, military, or education)
- Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
- SAFE registration required at the time of employment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in financial services or a highly regulated, customer-facing role
- Experience building trust-based relationships through active listening and consistent engagement
- Comfort initiating customer outreach via calls or emails to identify needs
- Proficiency with digital tools and the ability to guide customers through new technologies
