Personal Banker

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible banking support across various branch locations within the Northwest Washington District to cover vacancies
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building relationships and proposing appropriate products and digital solutions
• Assist customers with opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy, including cash handling and balancing
• Refer customers' financial needs to appropriate bankers and partners
• Comply with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act and all related regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 6+ months of customer interaction experience (or equivalent through work, training, military, or education)
• Ability to travel 100% within the district to assigned branch locations
• Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
• Must be able to meet SAFE registration compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
• Ability to educate customers on mobile banking and digital technology
• Experience proactively engaging customers through phone or email outreach
• Strong ability to identify potential fraud or risky accounts
• Relevant military experience in leadership, human resources, or personnel management
