Personal Banker

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on high-level financial solutions, including investment and credit banking products
• Engage with customers through thoughtful financial questioning to deepen relationships and increase financial confidence
• Provide personalized financial reviews and portfolio updates to meet individual customer goals
• Act as a primary point of contact for frontline staff to resolve customer issues
• Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry codes of conduct
• Achieve service level agreements and productivity targets while maintaining professional standards

Requirements

• High school diploma and at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Completion of IFIC or an equivalent certification
• Ability to complete CFSA within 12 months of hire
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to exchange complex information logically

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in a related field
• Experience in real estate secured lending or investment management
