Personal Banker SAFE Act, Cupertino Branch, Officer

Responsibilities

• Execute sales, products, and service activities to foster customer loyalty and increase consumer client sales
• Build referral business opportunities through Centers of Influence (COIs) and the Member Get Member (MGM) Program
• Deliver client services via inbound and outbound calls to acquire new relationships and deepen existing ones
• Provide coaching and guidance to Tellers and other branch staff regarding products and client referrals
• Educate clients on digital channels and leverage marketing tools to present financial solutions
• Comply with Citibank policies, standards, and procedures while appropriately assessing risk and safeguarding assets

Requirements

• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• NMLS registration and SAFE Act compliance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in banking, retail, or sales
• Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies
