Personal Banker

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client service experience by managing banking products and servicing client accounts.
• Execute client account servicing activities, including processing wires, fund transfers, and opening/closing accounts.
• Provide holistic financial advice and identify client needs through cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and complete account records and ensure strict adherence to banking guidelines and compliance policies.
• Handle cash transactions, daily balancing activities, and assist with Safe Deposit Box maintenance.
• Serve as a mentor to fellow Bankers, offering guidance and training on deposit area expertise.
• Proactively communicate with relationship management and operations teams to resolve client inquiries.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of related banking or financial services experience.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, products, and services.
• Understanding of federal regulations and banking guidelines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to manage conflicting priorities and workflow.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
