Personal Banker I

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product and service choices, including account opening and closing for individual and commercial relationships
• Proactively explore customer needs and make appropriate product recommendations
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person, conduct research, and process service charge refunds
• Perform customer profiling to ensure effective product suggestions and follow-up
• Provide interest rate quotes and process incoming/outgoing wires
• Accept loan applications and conduct initial credit verifications and underwriting requirements
• Review loan documentation for DDL, Consumer, and Fresh Start Loan accounts

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of 24 months of prior banking experience
• Knowledge of personal and business banking products
• Understanding of banking regulations and policies
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
