Personal Banker I

Responsibilities

• Establish and promote cordial relationships with customers to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information regarding banking products, account statuses, and digital banking options.
• Open and service new and existing accounts in accordance with operational procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Identify customer needs and make qualified referrals to banking partners such as Wealth, Mortgage, and Commercial services.
• Consult customers on consumer loan options and process applications with high accuracy.
• Perform teller duties, including maintaining a cash drawer, processing deposits, and handling cash advances.
• Support branch operational duties and marketing campaigns to grow the customer base.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of banking experience.
• Proficiency in using banking platforms and common office software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and influence skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
