About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute sales, products, and service activities to foster customer loyalty and increase consumer client sales
- Manage business credit requests under $250K and refer larger lending opportunities
- Build referral business through Centers of Influence (COIs) and the Member Get Member (MGM) Program
- Deliver client services via inbound and outbound calls to acquire and deepen customer relationships
- Provide coaching and guidance to Tellers and branch staff regarding products and client referrals
- Educate clients on digital channels and leverage marketing tools to present financial solutions
- Comply with Citibank policies, standards, and procedures while appropriately assessing risk
Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- NMLS registration and SAFE Act compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous banking, retail, or sales experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking skills
- Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies
