Personal Banker

Responsibilities

• Execute sales, products, and service activities to build customer loyalty and increase consumer client sales
• Manage business credit requests under $250K and refer larger lending opportunities
• Build referral business through Centers of Influence (COIs) and Member Get Member (MGM) programs
• Deliver client services via inbound and outbound calls to acquire and deepen customer relationships
• Provide coaching and guidance to Tellers and branch staff regarding products and client referrals
• Educate clients on digital channels and leverage marketing tools to present financial solutions
• Comply with Citibank policies, standards, and procedures while managing risk and safeguarding assets

Requirements

• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• NMLS registration and SAFE Act compliance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in banking, retail, or sales
• Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
