About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach
- Propose appropriate financial products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed
- Assist customers with opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications
- Develop a deep understanding of bank products to connect customers to their specific needs
- Refer customers to other bankers and partners as appropriate to meet their financial goals
- Maintain compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act and all related regulations
Requirements
- 6+ months of customer interaction experience (or equivalent through work, training, military, or education)
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (speaking and listening)
- Ability to meet Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
- Proven ability to proactively engage customers via phone or email
- Experience educating customers on mobile banking and digital technology
- Strong background in fostering and developing long-term customer relationships
